Your Next Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Wind Turbine Technician to join our team. This role will focus on providing exceptional maintenance and repair services in the wind energy industry, contributing to our mission of driving sustainable energy solutions forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections and maintenance on wind turbines to ensure they operate at maximum efficiency and safety.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems in wind turbines, including gearboxes, generators and control systems.
- Use specialized tools and equipment, such as cranes, hoists and torque wrenches, for maintenance and repair tasks.
- Create detailed maintenance reports and track progress.
- Monitor turbine performance and report any issues or concerns.
- Work as part of a team, with new technicians joining as the 2nd or 3rd member to ensure efficient procedures.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience in inspecting, maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical components in wind turbines
- Valid A1 certificate and EU citizenship
- Ability to read and interpret service instructions, technical drawings and schematics
- Valid driver’s licence and good English skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work at heights, confined spaces and during adverse weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Ability to work long periods on site as required

- Maintain hand tools in good working order and well organised
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the wind energy industry
