As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent to ensure our company has the best employees on board. Due to strong growth of the business and developing an effective recruitment strategy, we are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated:
Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
Key responsibilities:
- Active search and identify talented candidates, including job boards, social media, talent databases, and networks
- Create compelling job postings and publish them on various platforms to attract candidates
- Conduct interviews of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with our company
- Conduct background and reference checks, and create candidate profiles
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates to create a talent pipeline and ensure qualified talent is available for future positions
- Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand and clarify requirements and job profiles for open positions
- Regularly analyze the talent market to gain valuable insights and implement talent acquisition strategies to ensure the access to the best talent
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a renewable or wind energy environment
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing techniques, and recruitment tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets
- Fluency in English, German would be a benefit
