Your Next Opportunity
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Rope Access Technicians to join our team. This role will focus on providing exceptional blade services and repair in the wind energy industry, contributing to our mission of driving sustainable energy solutions forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection and damage assessment on rotor blades of onshore and offshore wind turbines
- Documentation of inspections and repairs
- Implementation of retrofit measures and installation of special components directly at the plant
- Execution of technical and service-specific guidelines and instructions
- Repair and maintenance tasks as well as repair of rotor blades
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Training as an Industrial Climber/Rope Access Technician (IRATA Level 1, 2, or 3) or relevant work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid A1 certificate and EU citizenship
- Ability to read and interpret service instructions, technical drawings and schematics
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Ability to work at heights and during adverse weather conditions (standby)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Willingness to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Valid driver’s licence and good English skills
- Ability to work long periods on site as required
