RODOPI Academy Expands On-Site Training Offering Following GWO Re-Certification

RODOPI Blades GmbH is proud to announce the successful re-certification of the RODOPI Academy by the Global Wind Organisation (GWO). This once again confirms our high training standards and our continued commitment to quality and safety in the wind energy sector.

Uwe Jankowski, Training Manager at RODOPI Academy, commented on the renewal of the GWO certificate: “Re-certification by the GWO reaffirms our ongoing pursuit of the highest standards in training and occupational safety. We are proud that RODOPI Academy can train and upskill professionals in line with global guidelines.”

RODOPI Academy offers a comprehensive program of GWO-certified courses, including Basic Safety Training (BST) in First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Working at Heights, and Sea Survival, as well as blade repair training. The offering also includes Basic Technical Training (BTT) with a focus on Mechanics, Electrical, Hydraulics, and Installation. In addition, courses in Enhanced First Aid (EFA) and Advanced Rescue Training (ART) are available.

To further expand its training capacity, RODOPI Academy now enables the BST First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, and Working at Heights courses to be conducted not only at the Academy’s facilities in Xanthi, but also directly on site at the customer’s location. This flexibility ensures teams can be trained right in their working environment, creating a practical and efficient learning setting
