George Lampadas is the Head of Maintenance & Service at RODOPI, with over six years of experience in industrial maintenance, wind turbine operations and retrofit projects. He has a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams, optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance and ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency across global projects. With expertise in blade repairs, corrosion protection and troubleshooting for various OEMs, George brings a deep technical knowledge that drives results in demanding environments. His background in composites manufacturing and aerospace applications further strengthens his focus on process optimization and continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
