Ercan Kara Osman is the Founder and Managing Director of the RODOPI Group. With entrepreneurial vision, technological insight, and a strong people-first approach, he has grown the company into a leading European provider of wind energy services, industrial solutions, solar installations and structural maintenance. With over 20 years of leadership experience across project-based industries and international workforce management, Ercan combines operational excellence with sustainable growth. His leadership style is rooted in clear structures, accountability and the ambition to turn employees into co-entrepreneurs. A firm believer in partnership and long-term thinking, he fosters a culture of trust, ownership, and continuous development. Passionate about scalable processes and forward-thinking strategies, he is committed to building a company where performance and people thrive together.

Managing Director
Kristof has been working in the renewable energy sector for 20 years. Most recently, he headed the infrastructure division at HIH Invest, one of Germany’s largest investors in real estate and infrastructure. Prior to that, he held management positions at an asset management firm and a project developer and was also responsible for the operational management of wind and solar plants. Kristof began his career in the banking sector. He is a trained banker, holds a german „Diplom“ in business administration, and also has a master’s degree in business.

Kyriakos Kosmidis is the Head of the Advisory Board of RODOPI. He has 20+ years of experience in renewable energy having built up a profound network with the relevant stakeholders within the renewable market. As the former CEO of ROBUR (SPIE) Wind, an on- and offshore wind farm service provider, Kyriakos grew the company from inception to over 1,000 employees across Europe, North and Latin America. Kyriakos has also held executive positions at Global Energy Service, Senvion and Siemens in different countries.

Burak Dogan is Business Unit Manager XXL Structures & Automation at Rodopi, combining deep expertise in corrosion protection with strong leadership in large-scale industrial projects across Europe. From milestone references such as the Gasometer to offshore wind foundations and XXL monopiles, he and his team have successfully delivered projects in complex stakeholder environments with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and long-term key account customer relations. Business Unit Manager – Corrosion Protection On-Site Services
Christian Csellich is a Project Manager in the field of corrosion protection at Rodopi Corrosion Protection. He oversees complex bridge and industrial projects as well as international large-scale sites and serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring technical implementation, quality assurance and project coordination. In addition, he leads the development of the department responsible for the erection of onshore wind turbines, managing both the technical and strategic direction in this area. With over 15 years of experience and certifications as a FROSIO Level 3 Inspector, state-certified corrosion protection technician, lecturer and certified Train the Painter instructor, Christian combines deep technical knowledge with strong leadership and a sharp eye for efficiency and quality. He is known for his hands-on, solution-oriented approach, clear communication and consistent delivery of sustainable results. His mission is to execute corrosion protection projects at the highest technical and economic standards, continuously reinforcing Rodopi's position as a reliable partner in the industry.

Team Lead – Melbourne, Australia
Scott Simmons is the Country Manager of Rodopi Australia Pty Ltd, leading the establishment and growth of Rodopi’s Australian operations within the wind energy sector. With over 11 years of experience in the wind turbine industry, Scott began his career as a Blade Technician, gaining hands‑on expertise in composite repair, inspections, and all‑access methods. He progressed into Project Management, where he spent eight years overseeing blade repair campaigns, coordinating multinational teams, managing client relationships, and delivering complex projects across multiple wind farms worldwide. Based in Melbourne, Scott is responsible for business development, operational setup, compliance, workforce mobilisation, and the day‑to‑day management of blade repair and inspection projects across Australia. He works closely with major wind farm operators and OEMs to deliver high‑quality blade inspection, repair, retrofit, and maintenance services utilising rope access, blade access platforms, and ground‑based teams. Since establishing Rodopi Australia in 2025, Scott has aligned local operations with the high technical and safety standards of Rodopi Holding GmbH, including ISO‑certified processes and GWO‑accredited training standards. Scott combines technical field knowledge with strong commercial and operational leadership, positioning Rodopi Australia as a reliable, safety‑focused partner in the renewable energy industry.
